3 Year Old Program
Interested families should enrol their child/ren to enable us to commence the program depending on numbers. Application forms can be found here.

Application for Enrolment
Application forms are available from our school website. The application must be returned with an Application Fee of $25.00 and all relevant documents stipulated in the application form. The Application Fee is non refundable and does not guarantee enrolment.

Interviews are conducted with the Principal, both parents/guardians and the child must be present at the interview. Interviews take place the year before they are due to commence kindy. Parents wishing to enrol children from other year levels will be given an appointment in an appropriate timeframe.

Enrolment Bond
The prospective student and parents will be interviewed and if successful, a Letter of Offer will be sent. To confirm placement a $200.00 Enrolment Bond is payable. This $200.00 Bond is deducted from your school fee account upon commencement at St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School. However, if you do not enrol your child the Bond is non refundable.

Sibling Discount
The level of sibling discount is determined by the St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School Board in line with the following guide as set by CECWA:

  • 1st child enrolled 0 %
  • 2nd child enrolled 20 % of that child’s tuition fee
  • 3rd child enrolled 40 % of that child’s tuition fee
  • 4th child enrolled and beyond 100% of that child’s tuition fee

All students and families are eligible for sibling discounts including families who receive automatic tuition fee discounts as holders of eligible means tested family concession cards. Sibling discounts apply to kindergarten students.

School Fees Explained

Amenity Fee

An amenities fee is charged per annum, $150.00 per student in Kindergarten through to Year Four. This charge includes; photocopying, work booklets, paints, art materials, science and mathematics kits, class resources and consumables, music resources and consumables, sports equipment, library resources and other items required as part of the school curriculum.

Excursion and/or Incursion Fee

An Excursion and /or Incursion Fee is charged per annum, Kindergarten is $50.00 per student and Pre Primary to Year Four is $80.00 per students. This fee includes any educational and social wellbeing excursions and/or incursions, guest speakers, transport, performing arts and venue entrance fees.

PE – Swimming Fee

A PE swimming fee is charged to students in Year One to Year Four; the $140.00 per student includes entrance fees, transport and swimming instructors.

ICT Levy

An ICT levy is charged per annum, Kindergarten is $90.00 per student, Pre Primary to Year Four is $150.00 per student. This is used to provide network and internet connectivity to the CEWA Data Network and ICT support.


An Insurance fee covers all students at our school. We have a Student Accident Insurance Policy with Catholic Church Insurances and costs $20.00 per student.

Building Levy

A compulsory levy in all Catholic schools assists with financing the debt servicing of existing buildings and is applied per family. This is set by Catholic Education Commission WA and is 20% of the Tuition Fee.

Parents’ and Friend’s Association Fee

A P&F Fee is set at $30.00 per family and supports our Parents’ and Friends’ Association.

Third Party Paymentsswtrong>

Our school engages with outside organisations to provide additional services to students. The following costs will appear on your school fee statement.
  • Language Screening for Kindergarten students $80.00 per student
  • Occupational Therapy Screening for Kindergarten students $80.00 per student

Booklist Items

A Booklist Items charge of $140.00 per student covers items such as, but not limited to, lined paper, textbooks, handwriting books, scrapbooks, coloured paper, coloured card, A4 paper, A3 paper, lead pencils, coloured pencils, sharpeners, crayons, art liners, texta’s, glue sticks, blu tack, erasers, tissues, craft items, tissues, sunscreen. This fee alleviates parents having to be responsible for an annual booklist and also reduces the cost to the parent by enabling the school to bulk buy.

Account Billing Information

School Fees are billed at the commencement of each school year, usually in week 3 (February). The School Fee Statement including payment options are sent to families. All school fees are to be paid by the end of term three and all families must be on a payment arrangement. Our School Fees: Setting and Collection Policy can be seen here.

We accept the following methods of payment;

  • Direct Debit
    Direct Debits can be made on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis direct from your nominated bank account.
  • Credit Card
  • Credit Card Payments are accepted in person in the office and on a monthly payment arrangement basis.
  • BPAY
    Telephone and Internet Banking – call your bank or log into your online banking to pay your account quoting our Biller Code and your Reference Number (Situated on the bottom left of your fee statement)
  • Health Care Card / Pension Card Holders Discount Scheme
    This scheme assists all families who hold a current Health Care Card or Pension Card. The discount is on the Tuition Fee only. A valid card must be presented to the office at the commencement of the school year.
  • Family Fee Assistance
    For families who do not qualify under the HCC Scheme but believe they may experience financial difficulties paying their fees, assistance is available through the Principal. A confidential meeting must take place. Please make contact with the office to make an appointment.
  • Debt Collection
    Family accounts may be sent to a Debt Collection Agency if there has been no attempt to pay, or contact made with the school. All collection fees will be passed onto the family.
